Fixing frozen pose

Well, i noticed, that some guys don't know how to fix frozen pose in selection menu. But it easy, so listen up.

First, open your smd in 3dsmax. Delete all bones, and change frames to 2. Then click export and export your model as vta in your source-folder. (second pix)

Then you need edit qc. If you deleted all lines about face animation, just restore it from original qc. You can delete all flexcontrollers, it isnt critical. Of course, change "flexfile "mdldecompiler_expressions.vta" " to your own vta. Than just compile it. (first pix)

Yea, this is the truth. Everything you said flew so many miles above my head, I couldn't even see it if I had the Hubble space telescope.

Wouldn't you rather wait for valve to fix it themselves? The Pyro used to do that for me, but now it is fine.

This is a good fix if it drives you nuts.
