(Warning! Joining “Turbo” servers that multiply anything can ruin your score sheet, This may make the achievements easier but it might make your score sheet look horrible when you have the highest points in one life as 4k when your second highest is only 60)

First Do No Harm: Play a full round without killing any enemies and score the highest on a team of six or more players

~First Do No Harm: Join a server and play as the class you can earn the most points as, preferably wait until the map is reset or a new map comes up so everyone has 0 points, then try to force as many points out as possible so you are able to switch to medic and able to keep your standing on top.

First Do No Harm: Join a “multiple (x#)” server which can earn you up to 4000~ points per round. Go medic and get to about 4020 points because your points reset around 4050, wait it out and you will have it

Quadruple Bypass: No real cheap way, easier to just join a server and heal a heavy or soldier.

Group Health: Work with two other medics to deploy three simultaneous Ubercharges

~ Group Health: Join any game that gives a prep time of 60 seconds or more and pop your uber when the other medics do

* Group Health: Join or make a private server for friends and work with them to get it

Surgical Prep: Have an Ubercharge ready before the set up phase ends

~ Surgical Prep: Join any game that gives prep time and start charging uber as soon as possible (Do not charge on someone already being charged by someone else, this will result in both you and the other medic charging slower)

* Surgical Prep: Same thing, no need for private server

Trauma Queen: Deploy three Ubercharges in less than five minutes and assist in five kills during that time

~Trauma Queen: Join a 2-Fort Server and charge on the sniper with the most kills, you should be able to get the 5 kills and stay clear of death in that time (Be careful of spys though)

* Trauma Queen: Do the same thing on a private server with friends, you will dodge the chance of you being killed and it should be precise in that time (Heal a demo or soldier that is damaging themselves so your uber goes up faster)

Double Blind Trial: deploy an Ubercharge within eight seconds of a nearby enemy medic deploying his

~ Double Blind Trial: Join a prep server that gives 60 or more seconds to get your uber up and wait until you see a medic on your team pop uber and then follow it with yours as soon as you see it

* Double Blind Trial: Do it on a private server with a friend (only requires one friend)

Play Doctor: In a team with no Medics, be first to switch to Medic after a teammate calls medic and heal 500 health

~ Play Doctor: Hard to do now with the new achievements, Try to get lucky and find a server with no medics on and have someone call medic

* Play Doctor: Very easy, Just join a private server and have a friend call medic when you are both on jobs other then medic and then switch and have him deal damage to themselves in the resupply area so they can keep their ammo up if needed

Triage: Deploy an Ubercharge on a teammate less than a second before they are hit by a critical explosive

~ Triage: On Dustbowl, pop uber when going around a corner where you know a demo is, the map is great for demo so you are bound to find a critical one

* Triage: Have a demo teammate stick stickies on the ground and make sure he shoots at least one critical one, Then have him stand ontop of him and tell him to explode them as soon as he sees that uber is up.

Preventative Medicine: Block the enemy from capturing a control point with an Ubercharged teammate

~ Preventative Medicine: Sad to say but this one isn’t that common in real gameplay, your only chance is if your defending and the opposing team is on your last control point, stopping them after they are on it and after you have ubered your team mate will give you the achievement

* Preventative Medicine: Try to do it on “Well” If the time is under 5 minutes you will be able to keep the game going by trading captures, just takes timing of all people helping you

Consultation: Assist a fellow Medic in killing five enemies in a single life

~ Consultation: LOL, The chances of a medic getting 5 kills in a single life in a real game is slim to none, Your best luck is charge in with a uber and run back when it is nearing the end of it, your other chance is at the end of the round when you can heal a medic attacking people on the loosing team

* Consultation: Just have two friends help you, instant respawn on 2-Fort works well, stand outside the base and slaughter them

Does It Hurt When I Do This?: Kill fifty Scouts with your syringe gun

~ Does It Hurt When I Do This?: Not really that hard of an achievement, Scouts drop like flies to syringe guns, try it on 2-Fort when the scouts jump ontop and run past your resupply

* Does It Hurt When I Do This?: Still do it on 2-Fort, Recommend using a private server and having instant respawn on, I did it with a friend with just the two of us taking turns dying to the gun

Peer Review: Kill fifty Medics with your bone saw

~Peer Review: Not really that hard to do in game, works best when you uber a heavy and run into a mob of the other team, try to take out heavys that are busy shooting your heavy

* Peer Review: Try it on a map with instant respawn and kill a friend how ever many times you still need

Big Pharma: Assist a heavy in killing twenty enemies where neither of you die

~ Big Pharma: Not really that easy in game, best chance is have someone give Krit and you give uber. Hopefully get lucky and plow the other team down while no other teammates help you

* Big Pharma: Have one friend go heavy and another take the hits, instant respawn on private server recommended

You'll Feel a Little Prick: Assist in killing three enemies with a single Ubercharge on a Scout

~ You'll Feel a Little Prick: Not sure when your going to want to uber a scout in game.. Only chance is when half your team is medic and you have no one else to uber, hold the uber back until everyone else has wasted their uber and then hope to get lucky since everyone is weak now

* You'll Feel a Little Prick: not really that easy even when planned out, Have 4 friends help you. Have three go to weak jobs that have less hp (Scout, Medic, Spy, and Sniper) and have the scout your going to uber hit each of them with his bat once before hand to weaken their health. Then use uber and hope for him not to miss

Autoclave: Assist in burning five enemies with a single Ubercharge on a Pyro (Kill not needed)

~ Autoclave: Not that hard ingame, Just do a map where there is Defend the points and charge in with your uber’d flameboy, you can also ask if any new people do not have the achievement "Flamethrower"

Autoclave: If you can get enough people to help you in a private server just assist burn them

Blast Assist: Have the people getting blasted weaken themselves to low hp before hand and get them to stand in a corner to get blasted

Blunt Trauma: Assist in punching two enemies with a single Ubercharge on a Heavy (Kill not needed)

~ Blunt Trauma: Not that hard if you charge in on a group of people, make sure you are close enough before charge and hope the heavy attacks more then one person

* Blunt Trauma: Just get three friends to help you, one goes heavy and the other two take a punch each

Medical Breakthrough: Assist in destroying five enemy Engineer buildings with a single Ubercharge on a Demoman

~ Medical Breakthrough: Use uber on the final attack of capturing a point and hope you get there first with your engineer

* Medical Breakthrough: Just get two engineers to place all but sentry up and have your demo set stickies around them. Make sure the demo blows them up after you have uber up

Midwife Crisis: Heal an Engineer as he repairs his sentry gun while it's under enemy fire

~ Midwife Crisis: Very easy in a real game, engineers do this most of the time to prevent spies from attacking and you should be able to hide behind your engineer

Midwife Crisis: Just have your engineer smack the sentry all he can and have a heavy walk in firing so he is able to take a hit while shooting the sentry

Ubi Concordia, Ibi Victoria: Just takes two friends, medic on and plow down another each time he starts to capture a point

Grand Rounds: Heal two hundred teammates after they have called for Medic

~ Grand Rounds: You will earn this over time in game since you should be helping the people who ask for help

* Grand Rounds: Have a friend call for help when you do, healing him the entire time. When the Medic sign starts to fade, that means you got another point, if you do it before that it won’t give you a point so as long as he calls for medic when you do he can charge you up quite fast

Infernal Medicine: Extinguish one hundred burning teammates

~ Infernal Medicine: Follow your team into the field where pyro’s are attacking, heal them as fast as you can and hope you don’t get burnt

* Infernal Medicine: Get a medic friend to stand next to you in a private game and heal each other while a pyro “taps” his flame to set you both on fire, having two medics will keep both of you above normal health and keep you alive incase the pyro burns you too long

Doctor Assisted Homicide: Assist in killing twenty nemeses

~ Doctor Assisted Homicide: Easier ingame because you will naturally die a lot as a medic if you charge with your team. Just make sure your healing the person doing the most damage so you can get lucky with your assist

* Doctor Assisted Homicide: Not easy to cheat your way out of this one, if your going to do it with friends make sure you have instant spawn on or it will take decades

Placebo Effect: Kill five enemies in a single life, while having your Ubercharge ready but undeployed

~ Placebo Effect: Not easy ingame, would recommend having a second medic on you to help lessen your chance of death

* Placebo Effect: Do it with a single friend, Charge your uber on him and make him swich teams, then kill him five times

Sawbones: Hit enemies with your bone saw five times in a row without dieing or missing

~ Sawbones: Not impossible ingame, just hard because you miss a lot when using the bonesaw, try to hit people at the end of a round that you have won

* Sawbones: Just work with a friend on letting you hit him 5 times in a row

Intern: Accumulate seven thousand heal points in a single life

~ Intern: Chill in the back of your attack and heal the people running back, be weary of spies though that might ruin your time spent

* Intern: Have a demo stick a sticky against the wall inside of the resupply room and keep blasting himself to give you the heal points

(Alternate) Intern: Look at “Cheap” Chief of Staff below for detail

Specialist: Accumulate ten thousand heal points in a single life

~ Specialist: Chill in the back of your attack and heal the people running back, be weary of spies though that might ruin your time spent

* Specialist: Have a demo stick a sticky against the wall inside of the resupply room and keep blasting himself to give you the heal points

(Alternate) Specialist: Look at “Cheap” Chief of Staff below for detail

Chief of Staff: Accumulate one million total health points

~ Chief of Staff: Takes time, Just work for it and you will eventually get it

* Chief of Staff: Join the following server and get it up in one round, my record is 1.45 million heal points in a round, messed up my scoreboard though

Hypocritical Oath: Kill an enemy spy that you have been healing

~ Hypocritical Oath: Happens a lot in game, very often I have been healed from a medic while I am disguised, just spy check people

* Hypocritical Oath: Have a friend work with you on it, should not take long

Medical Intervention: Save a falling teammate from dying on impact

~Medical Intervention: Not very common in game, just keep looking up for a random teammate falling from the sky

* Medical Intervention: Get a friend to go demo or soldier and have them try to see how high they can get, chances are they will have to be weakened before the final drop or they will have enough life beforehand

Second Opinion: Ubercharge two teammates at once

~ Second Opinion: Same way in both real game and private, uber a teammate for at least 2 seconds, there is a startup charge on uber that makes it so you can’t keep clicking back and forth so make sure you get each person for a good amount of time

Autopsy Report: Provide an enemy with a freeze cam shot of you taunting above their ragdoll

~ Autopsy Report: When you kill someone, press your taunt button(Default is “G”) while on top of them, not to the side, this must also be done almost instantly after you have killed them or it will be too late.

* Autopsy Report: Same as above, Work with your friend in a corner and make sure instant respawn isn’t on because they need time to see you over their body or it will not be given to you

FYI I am a Medic: use a bone saw to kill five enemy spies who have been calling for Medic

~ FYI I am a Medic: Same as “Hypocritical Oath”, Spy check peple before healing them

* FYI I am a Medic: Have a friend go spy and call for medic, should not be hard

Family Practice: Ubercharge ten of your steam community friends

~ Family Practice: Go to your friend list and click join game on a friend playing a game, if you don’t have 10 friends then add some ^^;

* Family Practice: Same as above

House Call: Join a game that one of your friends is in and then deploy an Ubercharge on him

~ House Call: Join a friend who is playing a game when you start the game, you can not have been playing when them, left, and then come back.. Best chance is to start the entire game up and join someone who is playing and do it asap

* House Call: Same as above

Bedside Manner: be healing a teammate as he achieves an achievement of his own

~ Bedside Manner: Get lucky on another medic who might be doing achievements or another class when further achievements come out

* Bedside Manner: Get a friend who has not done his medic achievements yet and get him to earn a achievement like Surgical Prep
