SFM Model to TF2 Playermodel

Okay, so basically MaxofS2D's Enhanced FemScout model has been updated within the past few weeks to include a version with trousers (pants) and he's got the source files for the model on his site.

As some people may recall, I've tried to make a FemScout with trousers Mod before, but things kept on going wrong.

So what I want to know is whether it's possible to use those source files of Max's to make an in-game version? If so, how?

A mesh is a mesh, no matter where it comes from; as long as you rig it right, it shouldn't be a problem.
