    I have the same problem in Gmod. It has something to do with conflicting particle effects.

    Annihilate your particles folder.

    Hmm i also have this problem with Jarate and have deleted both my particle and effects folder still have this bug :(

    actully i have had this bug for more than 4 months and delete + uninstall game do not fix this!

    ps. send several pictures to steam support long time ago and still no reply or fix :mad:
