Why doesnt the site let me upload?!

Why doesnt the site let me upload any pictures?! I did everything that stod there but it just said that the picture had the wrong dimension! :( Rainbow wool for the one who help me.

    There's nothing to fix really, images must fit the restrictions. If it's larger then what's allowed, you won't be able to upload it.
