I'm an admin of a TF2 server, but the server owner isn't online these days. I need some say commands like csay, msay, hudsay, etc. Can anyone give me a full list of them, including all admin saying plugins?
There's a special one that I couldn't find on Google. It's like a message in some maps saying " Game Starts in 30 seconds" in the place of hints, but it's with a target sign and a black background.
Dont mean to sound like a dick, but google could help ya (mani admin commands, source admin commands, rcon or w/e your using)

Well, you can always type /sm_help for a list of the commands, of which will then appear in the console in a list with a description.

How on Earth did that not help you? That site lists exactly what you're asking for.
