Uber Effect Problems

MY uber effects dont Show up like how i want them too

Like most of us i run tf2 below standard in dxlevel 81 but i did something that ruined my uber effects and i need help turning them back to normal!

    Just undo whatever it is that you did last in order to fix them. Without going into detail about what you did to cause it, that's about as good of an answer as you'll get.

    i have put the commands back but its still the same on dxlevel 81 and the uber effect are normal on TF2 normal setting but it goes to slow

    type "mat_specular 1" in your console or autoexec.cfg file.
