The servers you are going to probably have one of the sv_pure commands enabled. If I remember correctly, there is one setting for the sv_pure command that forces the game to read the default models only and will force any custom skins that you are using to be disabled. Make sure you are joining server that do not use that command, otherwise your skins will most likely be disabled until you restart the game.

how dit i know ore somone have anabled the sv_pure setting tan i can chouse an server who use mods

This might be of better use to you. I personally don't know how to check if a server has sv_pure enabled, so I couldn't really tell you myself.

Not really that hard, just go into the console and type sv_pure.
