Seriously, though, that's concept art. Very early concept art, by the looks of it. I see nothing in that picture that shows any connection with the pyro they ended up using.

As a former major editor of that Wiki, I can most definitely say that the image shown is early concept art which can more than likely be found on teamfortress.com

if anything, the pyro was most likely made in being a man
