Can I use a custom model for one weapon on another weapon?

To be specific, I'm looking for a way to use this model here For the Sharpened Volcano Fragment.

    They appear to be the exact same model, so basically you want to replace the 'Sharpened Volcano Fragment' with this, and this didn't help you?

    Well, no. The skin on the model doesn't really matter. What matters is the model itself.
