Sound file help!

I need to these make these files smaller for Gamebanana!

I made 2 part uber sound files (Both for on and off). But the site won't allow them due to the file size limt.

invulnerableon is 1.35 MB and invulnerableoff is 746 KB

How do I make these smaller with out cutting a few seconds of sound?

    The only way is to lower the quality if you dont wanna cut it. In a sound editing program you schould have a option of doing this while saving.

    run it through windows movie maker, it cuts down files size by a whole hell of a lot.
