Imploding custom player model

Possible physmodel or reference model problem that makes the character model go inside out.

Hey, I've run into a snag with this player model I've been working on. If anyone happens to have had the same problem and know of a fix or just knows off the top of there head what I am doing wrong that would be great.

The problem is that whenever I try to compile this model it does this weird problem. I believe I have narrowed it down to either my reference model or my physmodel, the model works perfectly though when I use an older reference model, but the physmodel fucks up when I use the newer one. The reference model also happens to be exactly the same as another older reference model but that one also fucks up exactly the same. I doubt the QC is the problem but if you guys think it might be I could link that. I also have a picture of the physmodel

    Fixed it... I just took the bone set from my old reference and used that as a replacement for the new one. welp if anyone else has a problem similar to mine thats the solution I guess!
