Team Colored Sniper Rifle?

I was wondering if it was possible to make a team colored v/w_model. I want to make a team colored sniper rifle to match my bushwacka skin. I heard that it could be done if you messed with the models or something like that, but I'm not entirely sure.

    You can do it, you need to make team colored ones, there's a tutroal on this site but when I tryed it didnt work....
