That poor monkey. Secret update info

Check it out

By Ahlgreenz 3 years ago

So, I was reading the new Saxton Hale comic posted on TeamFortress.com and I found this hidden link, which lead me to "The Monkeynaut, Poopy Joe". The page contains a really cool monkey, but also hidden/secret(?) info. about the new upcoming items.

Take a look: http://www.teamfortress.com/war/saxtonhale/poopyjoe.htm

New items:

The Pickaxe

The Giant Sword

The Tiny Bugle - a whistle that summons a monkey to the battlefield, aiding you. (That's what I'm guessing, if the item is added to the game)

A new Rocket Launcher - no information is given about this one, but there's a picture of it

A Gorilla Mask (Possibly a hat)

Fake Hospital Chart, which says "Diabetes" on it

Novelty Defibrillator

Styrofoam Tombstone - which probably is the unique thing that the winner(s) of the Propaganda Contest will get

Break-Away Noose (no idea what it is)

So, go check it out and post your thoughts.

None of them mean anything at all.

Also that's a picture of the old rocket launcher.

Break-Away Noose (no idea what it is)

A noose is a length of rope tied around to form a very secure loop, the loop is hanged around the neck with the free end tied to a sturdy position, stopping before the person can reach the floor. The person then moves off their surface to strangle themselves with the rope, or in more serious cases, break their neck from the impact. It's a common form of suicide, apart from overdosing on drugs or just outright blowing their brains out.

The break-away part means that the rope will break if enough force is applied, so you can fake your suicide with a break-away noose.

    It is not an unlockable.

I see you're quite informed... something to worry about?

I think the only things on this list that are plausible is the pickaxe and maybe the sword.

Actually I just wrote everything down I could find on the page, and it could possibly be a new hat or misc. item.

I guess we can agree that you we're wrong. Please, don't comment on stuff like this if you're just trying to "outsmart" people, and then still be wrong.

I'm not. I'm just posting the logical conclusion. Occam's Razor. Why would Valve post them in the open like that? Because they knew we'd doubt it.

Yes I was wrong but I was wrong by thinking and you were right by luck.
