TF2 Soldier Skins bugged

Downloaded two different skins for TF2, and ran into a slight problem.

I downloaded two soldier skins, the 101st airborne soldier, http://www.fpsbanana.com/skins/36351 and the green camo soldier http://www.fpsbanana.com/skins/50559

And I put the files in the right spot and wound up with a completely different skin for both sides.

Either FPSBanana has an error in the download files, or someone altered them, Cause this is what I found instead. A Blu soldier with a mustache. Closest image I can find. A blu soldier with a mustache. Any ideas? I'm Re-downloading these skins to see if it was a random bug.

Any thoughts on this problem? Or solutions?

Update: Turns out it was the files. I found two better skins so I'm closing this.

    CURSES! the scout and heavy don't have mustaches! Is that a bug? because you got ripped off for the mustache pack, it makes me sad :(
