All you have to do is put something funny on the KGB and people will rate it 10/10. Paste ons usually get disapprovals or scores less then 5. But paste something on the KGB (like rocky or some other vaguely related symbol) and you get instant 9-10/10. Please compare these submissions for what I mean.

PLEASE READ: I am not singling that KGB submission out. There are many more that are simple recolors or paste ons that all get really high ratings for little or no effort.

Also, get to work on your KGB paste on quick, because I know this will have no effect on why this is happening, just do it before we run out of internet memes. :P
