I rated you 2/10 because that is what I think you deserve. Taking 5/10 as an average sprite, I find that this sprite deserves a 3/10. Adding in at least one wrongly justified 10/10 (who rates a sprite based on ambience?), I removed an extra point to negate that. Once that rating is removed, I'll up it to a 3/10.

Well, first off, I don't really like memes. I find them overused, childish and irritating, but I'll try not to let that influence my rating.

The sprite itself is transparent (which I doubt we can give you credit for) and - actually, that's just about it. That's pretty much the only pro I could find (admittedly, sprites don't have too many pros or cons.) Now on to the cons. The sprite itself is horribly scaled (as is clearly visible in screenshot 4, 5, and 6), and the lines surrounding it overlaps it. For something as simple as a sprite, you really should have tweaked it more to avoid those issues. The sprite could use some anti-aliasing, as well as some extra white lines along the border removed. And that's really about it. It's a sprite, after all.

you know you can remove his unjustified reason right but that rating is unpractical if it takes effort to make it deserves more than what you gave it

A rating is 'unjustified' if it is done without a review, or comment, or whatever. So if someone gives you a 1/10 overall only rating and tells you to fuck off in the comments, there is nothing you can do about it.
