It's me, Crazy again for a spray of a New Character I made and that I was thinking of for a good few months. It's War Engineer, he's the one that has the motto "This is when things go SERIOUS" on his Dungarees while he has his handy loadout of The Beggar's Bazooka, The Manmelter and The Eureka Effect.
