Well, this is what you get when you give a guy Gmod and the knowledge on how to make sparys... Also the white bars are NOT in the actual spray! It'a just to fit the resolution.
Just drop it in your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\yoursteamid\team fortress 2\tf\materials\vgui\logos :3

I was thinking that but you can only do so much with Paint.net :D
You can import the fonts into your Microsoft folders and it will show up in Paint.Net
