Scout healed replacement

Replaces all scout_thanksfortheheal with a sound clip from the ShamWow commercial that says: "You know the Germans always make good stuff." Includes lipsyncing.

Place the included sound folder into:

C:\\\\Program Files\\\\Steam\\\\SteamApps\\\\username\\\\team fortress 2\\\\tf\\\\

If it asks if you want to overwrite anything, just hit yes.

    Its ok for what it is but i can do better.i was thinking for the medic, a sound that says when he calls for medic:heil hitlar.
