NonHuman's Low-Pitch'ish Minigun

Changes minigun's spin, spinup, spindown sounds to a bit lower pitch, and gives custom firing sounds

Gives a darker and badass feel to your minigun.

Put the "tf" folder in X:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\Your username\team fortress 2

Note: includes a custom skin that i made out of boredom, you can not use it if you dont want to, there are 2 options.
