Coach sees the Halloween Boss

Coach is somewhere in the server and warns everyone something is there

The installation is quite simple, just place the tf/sound/ui folder into the sound folder of your tf2

Also please note: Coach's voice is hardly hearable by intention. I want it to have the effect some random person on the map is saying it in the background. I WILL NOT RAISE THE VOLUME.

Known bugs: Use of voice commands or possibly even shooting your gun while the sound plays can interrupt the playback. Unsure how to fix.
