I more meant the sounds from 00:03 and on
I didn't put any sort of sound in, it's part of the song. If you want to know where the sounds are from, head to lapfoxtrax.com to find more of Renard's work. He has a FAQ that tells you a few details.

Valve made the stock medigun sounds, Spay had the idea first, and attemped to make the heal soundmod, but it got quickly trashed due to file size and lack of loops, and it's from TF2 by the way.

Please use 7-Zip to install this mod, both the software and this download aren't very big, and it solves a few problems some people face.
