Adds a ringing bell to the liberty launcher fire sounds
I always thought the Liberty Launcher sound was too bland and could use some more character, so playing off the Liberty Bell theme I decided to add in the sound of a bell ringing.
If the sound gets too annoying for you, I suggest only using the crit one.

I checked it's Polycount contest page. The guy who made it said he saw the Soldier was based on a Paratrooper and made his entry fit with that.
Yes, obviously the launcher itself is. But it has a liberty bell in it on purpose.

Actually the Liberty Launcher isn't based on the Liberty Bell. It's based on a Paratrooper's rocket launcher.
