Steve-o's TF2 Complete sound replacement - part 1

This is part 1 of my Complete TF2 sound replacement pack.

This pack contains mostly, ambience replacements, but also replaces the cabinet resupply sound and some other miscellanious stuff, such as the achievement sound.

Please note: THE SOUND PREVIEW IS EXTREMELY LOW QUALITY -- DOWNLOAD THE PACK FOR THE AND YOU'LL SEE IT IS ACTUALLY MUCH HIGHER QUALITY THAN THE PREVIEW!

With that in mind, don't rate low because of it, because you will look like a noob who didn't assess it properly (proper assessment involes actually downloading the content and playing with it, instead of just rating by what they hear/see on fpsb).
