Smile face on medic surgery mask

That my first one skin.

After i saw the Simple Surgeon's Mask by BrainZ, I thought that something is missing. So i made that texture.

I am not able to make world view screens, because all my friends with that hat offline... So if you want you can show your custom screenshots.

    Pros: really good, im using it now. Cons: hard to see Improvements: if you could move the smile up a bit that would be better, it looks to far down on the mask.

    A tip for taking good screenshots:

    In console, type the following:

    sv_cheats 1

    thirdperson

    • then adjust the camera to the angle you want it, then;

    thirdperson_mayomode (or mayamode, can't remember)
