A cape to replace the Gunboats. Makes it much easier to tell who is and isn't wearing Gunboats, and looks trendy too.

Installation Instructions (Team Fortress 2):
1) Drag and drop the folders "Materials" and "Models" into "Steam/SteamApps/Username/Team Fortress 2/tf/".
2) Run the game and equip the Gunboats, or if you're unlucky, find someone else who equipped them.
3) Rocket jump everywhere at all times, you can totally fly.
