This was made in conjunction with seneorgoat for the TF2 christmas skinning contest. It features the heavy riding a sleigh with a dispenser in a bag in the back. The santa hat is jiggleboned.

If you have a skin on the red heavy for example will it show up on the heavy on the cart or will the cart always be default?

Whatever custom skin you have for heavy will show up on the cart.
