Too realistic for Tf2 imo. but its realistic as hell great job man, damn.

haha, i realy dont know about that :p. i just changed the coulor. but it doesnt realy matter does it? ^^
The skin looks absolutely brilliant. But why is the blue skin a massive 21mb, especially when the red skin is only 5mb?
The screenshots tell enough. And no weapon is good when its design and texture doesn't fit into its environment. This is what Valve does finely with their simple textures and broad brush-strokes on them.
the fact is, is realy DOES look good ingame. find out yourself.
and if you want to.. than just delete the bump map ;)
I do not think the skin is really bad. It IS an improvement, on some points, over the normal. The fact that the skin is HD is one.
But it is WAY too detailed. And the bump maps aren't needed. Sorry, but I would never download this, because it would stand out in the game as "not-so-good-looking." I would sincerely applaud you if this was for some HL2 mod that actually had detailed textures. The thing here is, mate - That TF2 has a certain art direction. Please follow it.
