Simply Soviet Heavy

This is my first skin so be gentle :D

I felt the heavy needed to show his soviet heritage more, but there were no skins on FPSB that just show it "simply". I decided to take it into my own hands and see what skinning was like.

This changes his class emblem to a hammer and sickle inside a star and adds a hammer and sickle onto his vest.
