Detail: In my opinion, the texture looks more like it has been wrapped around the model and left like that. The small areas and different shapes on the models make the texture look odd, in my opinion you haven't done a good job of editing the texture to fit the model. Especially when you've just filled areas with yellow or black. It makes the skin feel tacky, almost toy like.

Model: You haven't edited the model at all, therefore this was an incredibly bad decision to choose this criterion. You don't deserve any extra points for Valve's model unless you've edited it in some way.

Originality: It's an original concept, hence the high rating for this part. It's slightly weird and wacky, I would never have expected to see this for a reskin. However you're lucky you did not include Functionality, as both of the skins seem to be extremely similar, almost the same. One tiger stripes, and one leopard spots. In game I could imagine a lot of people getting confused, considering they're both mainly yellow textures. I suggest working on that, even if it isn't part of your rating criteria.
