So this isn't a fix but more of an accident when I was fixing something. I just came up with the idea of having the heavy have less of his hair missing.... Then I made this!

This works with any heavy skin that does not replace heavy_head.vtf

Add a few styles, you know, some Widows Peaks, a Horse Shoe, maybe? Perhaps a bit of Monk, or just a small bald patch at the back? You should experiment with this.
