Im not dead, i finally took the chance to update the skin so it will work with the game because valves previous updates have broken it. Its got backpack images, world model and everything so its ready to go. The texture is kinda low res but i am not a texturer so i left it as is. hopefully you will see more of me.

rename it to the model file for the shiv and keep the textures for the energy sword the same and it should work perfectly

Looks great, low res as you said, but still good. (I saw that combine!)
The ubersaw idea is a great one, I really do thing you should make this for it.

You should make this for the ubersaw. The ubersaw taunt would fit perfectly with this.
It'd make more sense if it was for Medic, because the Medic holds it in a different pose, he holds it facing up, i've done something like this but never uploaded it, it was for the medic, and the Model didnt look good, now THIS, THIS is good!
