my gib pack for my 1st upload robot replacements if you see dosh you wont able to grab it it is a heart replacement because robots runs on money (tf2 robots of course)

Well I don't really don't know what Caspar is but if it's running on Source then I gues it'll work.

Edit: Your normal Skins won't work. Valve made something that prevents the loading of custom gibs.
Nope they won't work with these because they replace them.

why?

its a joke, German games have low violence versions due to certain laws they have, an example would be that in tf2 instead of blood comming out when shooting someone apparently it acts as if you hit a wall
