70 FOV Spy arm fix

This fixes the cut off arm when the Spy swings his knife.

Info

So this will fix the Spys cut off arm when he swings his knife.

This works with _ALL_ Spy knives Including the Sharp Dresser!
- If you are using my Sharp Dresser 70 FOV fix then please use this instead!
  - This will not work with any remodels of the vanilla knife!

After installing your pack, it fixes the derpy arm but at 'knife appearing' moment it has clipping issue: http://puu.sh/2hG7u

I am giggling like a school girl that someone is using (And Likes) my skin XD It makes me want to re-download tf2 and take better screenshots for it X3

Ha yeah it was the best one I found, i've even made my own business casual to make it fit in. You should totally make a v2 dude! Just work on the top of the sleeves where the colors clash and it would look awesome!
