This will fix the clipping with the Scouts hand and fix the broken animations.

So this is a fix from the Scattergun remodel here. Valve broke the animations that came with the gun so I fixed them, also at 70 FOV I've noticed that his hand clipped badly with the handle so I've fixed that as well.

Wrong place probably, restarting your computer won't help at all.
