This fixes the cut off arm at 70 FOV for the Soldier when he swings his melee.
So this will fix the cut off arm for all Soldier melee weapons at 70 FOV. I've also added a Sleeveless soldier version for the people who downloaded my skin here.

Do you think you can fix the team coloured issue with the Half-Zatoichi?
Sorry but its a game bug not a model bug. Since it uses c_models the game has to tell the arms to use the blue skin on blue, but since the game won't tell it to go blue it will just use the red texture.
So only Valve can fix it... We're doomed.
