i download the skins from here and the workshop and i dident got any particle effects, its got no practical stuff? becouse you seid in the workshop it got that.
cen you make the Cardiac Arrest for the solemn vow too??????? (i got to meny Questions)but cool skin :)

For solemn vow its not possible, that item uses different animations which just don't fit the defibrilator pad.
