    No, I only just modeled it the other day. You might be thinking of on the workshop, which I put up there as soon as I had finished it. If you're thinking of someone else's work, then I wouldn't know anything about that.

    Ive seen a skin just like this it was either on this site or that tf2 mod site and it was months ago....hmm odd
