sorry but i still don quite get it :/

There's two folders in the zip. They are: Default and Non-Glow. Both of those folders have another folder that says "tf" that starts at the end of the following file path: C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/your username/team fortress 2/tf.

You can take that tf folder in the zip and drop it in your team fortress 2 folder and let windows merge the folders together and overwrite files that need to be over written. Or, you can go through the extra folders in the zip until you get to the actual files and place them manually in your game directory.

Models: C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/your username/team fortress 2/tf/models/player/items/all_class/

Skins: C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/your username/team fortress 2/tf/materials/models/player/items/all_class/

I got a little problem with the colour .went i switch to blu team ,the spec is still orange ,it wont change to blu .mind any of you guys helping me out ?

Sounds like a model problem. You might try placing everything manually and see if that doesn't fix your issue.
