Cover up in covertness

put in team fortress 2 folder.

I have always wanted some camouflage on the sniper but they weren't right for my taste, so i took it upon myself to make this beautiful skin, over exaggeration of course.

    If you refine this I can see it being a real item. It doesn't mess with sniper too much, and looks rather nice. Try making a team colored version and see if that looks good. If it still does, try submitting it. Can't hurt to try, right?
