This skin replaces Demoman's Stove pipe to Spy's Backbiter's Billycock

In this skin, the Backbiter's Billycock for the Spy gets replaced with the Demoman's Stove pipe, If you think it clips with spy's head, No. it doesnt. and doesnt have to have textures because the game itself has the textures in it so dont worry, there is no purple and black stripes.
