Mini-Dispenser

Replacement for the stock level 1 dispenser.

This replaces the level 1 dispenser by the mini dispenser. Once you upgrade to level 2 it will switch to the original dispenser and so on for level 3.

Pros:
- Ohmygawd it is the cutest thing. How is this not in the game already?
- Kudos to you for making a custom animation. It's just so cute and funny watching this tiny thing build itself.
Cons:
- The dispenser screen is glitched: it is displayed underneath the actual item. This is most evident when you place the dispenser on a sloped surface or very near a ledge. It might just be the custom dispenser screen I'm using however.
- The smallness can be somewhat distracting, as I sometimes find myself looking down when I'm upgrading it and not paying attention to the battle, although again, this would probably be just me.
Improvements:
- Make a mini version for level 2 and 3, perhaps making it slightly taller each time.
- Maybe make it so that when the dispenser is built it projects a team-colored hologram that shows the actual hitbox? It doesn't have to be too obtrusive, just something like an outline of the top half of a normal dispenser.
Notes:
- An incredibly original idea, this is truly a masterpiece among skins.

Buildtime reduced to 3 seconds, provides no metal for Engineers, requires only 50 metal, saps 50% faster for Spies, sappers can't be removed (maybe)

That's just my idea for stats.
