I just had an idea to make bloodseeker in TF2, and heavy for be was the best choice. Also, my friend, Deity Link made the blades already, you can find them on http://www.gamebanana.com/tf2/skins/116489.
It includes Team Color, as well as Jiggleboned Feathers. You can either replace Ellis Cap or Big Chief (since big chief somehow resembles the hat)
Made from scrap, especially texture.

I suggest putting it on steam workshop because given the quality, it is practically guaranteed to find it's way into tf2, or atleast influence more action towards tf2.

I personally think that visually it would fit soldier better as it hides the eyes, but the work is good.
I never really got into dota though, so I don't know if the character fits heavy better.
Well done. I was about to do Dota 2 items such as hood of defence, but my HDD died so lost it. :P Anyways, was making it for spy :P
