I know some people wanted this as a separate skin so here it is. It cannot work with other skins however.
I could have made menu icons but it didn't seem all too necessary to me. Lemme know if you'd really like those however and I can include them in this file.

Are there any files i have to delete to make the skin work? The 4 files: scoutblue, scouthands, scouthandsnormal and scout_red. Which one?
You shouldn't have to delete anything unless you already have skins installed. In which case you can just overwrite them.
I don't currently have any other skins on, help?
Then all you have to do is install it. You don't have to delete anything.

A bit I suppose. Though my inspiration to make this was from bf3 rather than an actual skeleton.
