Started my acu camo blu team skinning journey with scout because he's such a respectful, polite, and honorable fellow. (sarcasm hurr)
Any who, as you can tell we got the camo pants with a white tee and the skele gloves! Bf3 inspired obviously, I mean why the hell not, skeletons are cool. But that isn't all, if you've noticed, his pack, his headphones and his cap are all different. A lot of skins if not all have never accomplished this before and If you've skinned the scout and wanted to you'll most likely know why. The scout's texture was just pasted over the original beta scout's texture after model changes before initial release I'm assuming. What this did was jumble the whole thing up so to the naked eye, its hard to make out shapes like the hat or headphones would have. In my opinion that and the fact that all of it is the same exact color has really deterred most skinners in the past from trying to individually color the cap, headphones or backpack thing. On the other hand I might be wrong and just arrogant. Call it if you'd like.
What I'm asking here is for your input again before I devote my time to making any retextured items, hud/menu icons and the gibs. I'm aware of one noticeable seam in the back of his cap and the hand normal is just a placeholder for now unless people really dig it.
