this is just a simple skin that makes the grenades for the demoman look like the Red/Yellow and the Blue/Yellow pills from doctor mario.

inspired by this sound mod http://www.gamebanana.com/tf2/sounds/17026

also, the red one was taken underwater, so it kind of looks a little darker than it actually is.

I gotta say, using this for almost 3 months has made me never wanna delete it. :)

I love it, and I even named one of my guns "Dr. Mario's Medicine Launcher" just for the occasion.

It doesn't seem to work with the Gas Grenade Launcher V2. I can't seem to get it to work period, though. I didn't try removing the GGLV2.

It's alright. Would be nice if it was an actual new model, but this is still okay.

Replacing the model would mean to decompile the model, and then the animations screw up, so you have to make your own. Overall, this is much easier looking.

But it is a pic of the actual skin. And it presents itself in a nicer way that matches what it references

tiny pixel art, doesnt look like skin much at all, so people are forced to click it to see the real skin ._. so no it really isnt
