    i did it form the start, cause his skin is old and when he made it you couldn't paint it, so the texture is completely different, maybe i have the idea from his skin... if you want i add him in creators, but had only the idea...

    Agree'd. You should add BrainZ as a Key Author, as he created the original class-based Bill's Hat. You, cirlo, simply added paintability, as far as I can tell, which isn't a bad thing, don't get me wrong.

    The bad thing is that you didn't give BrainZ credit for creating the original. You should probably PM him and get his permission to release a modified version of his submission.
