i made the blood look a little better and darker.

put the tf folder in your team fortress 2 folder
Edit: you may use this idea and improve upon it like adding normal maps and making the skin symmetrical, you may use this for Gmod (if good enough for you) for CBS purposes.
this is my second CBS skin improvements: removed bump maps, not good enough for that yet, made the blood darker and look better, made it a little more symmetrical even though its not.
