I don't get why anyone wouldn't want that circle. That circle alone makes the skin 10% cooler than the default.

It's Katakana, not Kanji :P

It's pronounced "patoritsuku" in english but I'm not sure what it means.

EDIT: Lmao it's your name XD. Clever, I didn't notice it lol. The "tsu" was too big so I didn't realize it at first.
